A Madrid-based fintech provider offering treasury management software to automate corporate finance operations.
Embat has secured $16m in a financing round led by Creandum. Additional participation came from Samaipata, 4Founders, Venture Friends, and angel investor Martin Blessing.
The fresh capital will be directed towards international expansion, particularly targeting the UK and German markets following a period of rapid revenue growth.
The company was established during the pandemic by former J.P. Morgan executives alongside a banking technology specialist. It seeks to alleviate the administrative burden on corporate finance teams by aggregating multiple banking platforms into a single interface.
