Edukoya is an online learning platform focused on the African market, connecting students with digital curriculum content and on-demand teachers. Headquartered in London, the company delivers personalised learning and exam preparation tools tailored for secondary school learners.

London-based online learning platform Edukoya has secured £2.6m in a pre-seed funding round led by Berlin-based Target Global. The financing includes strategic participation from a cohort of angel investors and prominent technology founders, among them the heads of Paystack and Kuda. The fresh capital will facilitate the platform's transition from beta to a full commercial launch next year, alongside team expansion and technology development for developer hubs in Africa and Europe.

The company currently operates with a focus on Nigeria, offering supplementary learning and subscription packages geared towards K-12 education and exam preparation. With the backing of international investors, Edukoya aims to scale its digital infrastructure to meet the high demand for accessible educational resources across the continent.
