London-based Edit Cloud has secured £2m in funding to support its post-production collaboration technology. The round was led by Edge, with participation from angel investors Simon Ward and Justin Cooke.
The company provides a cloud-based platform designed to enable creative teams to work together from any location using virtual editing suites. The fresh capital will be directed towards empowering collaboration and accelerating transformation within the post-production sector.
Founded in 2022 by Simon Green, Edit Cloud addresses traditional workflow constraints such as on-premises requirements and secure content transfer. The firm has already established partnerships with prominent organisations including ITV Studios, Adobe, and AWS.
