Eave develops intelligent hearing protection systems designed to prevent noise-induced hearing loss for workers in environments such as construction sites. Its technology combines smart headsets with cloud-based monitoring software to track noise exposure in real time.

Eave has secured £2m in Series A funding from Pembroke VCT to accelerate its growth and international expansion through 2021. The company has built a connected hearing protection system that combines smart ear defenders with cloud-based software to monitor noise risks on construction sites.

Founded in 2015 by Dr David Greenberg, Eave supplies several major UK construction firms, including Galliford Try Highways and Skanska-Costain-Strabag. The new capital will support the firm as it scales its operations and extends its reach into international markets.
