Carbon hybrid wheel manufacturer Dymag has secured £3.6m in private equity funding from Puma Investments. The capital will allow the company to scale its operations, accelerate product development, expand its manufacturing capacity, and create new roles to meet rising demand.

Dymag has a long history in lightweight wheel technology, having introduced the earliest commercial carbon motorcycle wheels in the late nineties followed by automotive variants in the mid-2000s.

Legal counsel for the transaction was provided by TLT, with corporate partner Jon Gill leading the advisory team alongside Bryan Shaw, Matthew Howells, and Mark Braude.
