Dropit provides an omnichannel retail technology platform that unites physical store inventories with online sales channels. The software enables brands to turn retail locations into local distribution points while cutting down on environmental waste.

Dropit has secured $25m in a Series C funding round led by Vault Investments. The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the company go to market capabilities, grow its team past 100 employees, and add personnel across 12 states.

The investment follows years of operational expansion across the UK, Europe, and the US, with recent moves into consumer electronics alongside fashion. Dropit addresses industry wide inventory inefficiencies by connecting disparate sales channels and reducing waste from returns and unsold stock.
