Domna raises £70m from Leon Capital to scale home energy efficiency operations
Leon Capital backed the UK retrofit pioneer in a majority investment to fund expansion and recent acquisitions.
Domna provides home energy efficiency and retrofit services, combining proprietary software with on-site delivery for residential properties.
Domna has raised £70m in majority investment from Leon Capital to scale its home energy efficiency and retrofit operations across the UK. Formerly known as Hestia, the company combines software with on-site services to help landlords and housing associations reduce carbon emissions and combat fuel poverty.
The capital follows the company's recent acquisitions of The Warmfront Team and Osmosis ACD as part of an expansion strategy. The group currently carries out around 15,000 domestic retrofits each year.
