Alchemy Partners has backed DNA Payments with a £100m growth equity investment.
DNA Payments is a vertically integrated payments provider offering cloud based omni channel processing capabilities and software solutions to merchants and acquirers. The group operates from headquarters in London and a facility in Kent.
DNA Payments has secured a £100m growth private equity investment from Alchemy Partners to support its ongoing expansion. The funds will be deployed to accelerate organic growth and pursue new acquisitions in the payments sector. This capital injection positions the company to capitalise on increasing demand for omni channel payment solutions as retail markets recover.
The transaction follows a period of product enhancement for DNA Payments, which has rolled out various digital checkout options and open banking capabilities over recent months. Alchemy Partners will work closely with the management team to scale the business into European markets.
