Distil.ai has secured £1m in a funding round comprising a £350k investment from the South West Investment Fund via fund manager The FSE Group, alongside participation from Waterspring Ventures.
The Exeter-based company, which operates an artificial intelligence-driven data and analytics platform tailored for the hospitality and restaurant sectors, will use the capital to expand its team, enhance its platform capabilities, and add multi-language support. The financing precedes a planned Series A funding round.
The platform integrates with major booking systems including OpenTable to convert raw operational data into actionable business intelligence, helping operators improve marketing effectiveness and customer management.
