The Ripon-based media conversion specialist has raised £250k from Mercia Debt Finance to fund its next phase of growth.

£250KDebt

Digital Converters migrates legacy media such as videotapes, photographs, and cine film into digital formats for consumers and corporate clients. The Ripon-based business is launching a dedicated cloud storage platform for family archives.

Digital Converters has secured £250k in debt financing from Mercia through the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund. The capital will support the company as it launches a new family photo-sharing platform and expands its operations internationally. Founded in 2016, the firm has experienced rapid growth by migrating hundreds of thousands of tapes and photographs for clients across the United Kingdom.
