Diffblue develops autonomous generative artificial intelligence software designed to automate unit test generation for development teams. The firm serves major global financial institutions and corporate clients.

Oxford-based software firm Diffblue has secured £4.9m in new funding from backers including Citi to accelerate its commercial momentum. The investment follows a period of rapid customer adoption for the company's autonomous test generation platform. Existing supporters IP Group, Parkwalk Advisors, and AlbionVC also contributed to the oversubscribed round alongside Oxford University and private investors.

The newly acquired capital will support the business as it scales operations and expands access to its flagship platform for development teams globally. Diffblue continues to experience strong demand from enterprise clients seeking to automate software testing processes while maintaining capital efficiency.
