DICE raises £89.1m in Series C funding led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 to expand its ticketing platform

DICE operates an independent mobile ticketing platform designed to help fans discover live events and secure tickets without excessive resale fees. The service connects venues and artists with audiences across multiple global cities.
DICE has secured £89.1m in Series C funding to support its ongoing international expansion and product development. The round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from Future Shape, Blisce, Xavier Niel, Mirabaud Private Equity, Cassius, and Evolution. The fresh capital will allow the company to scale its reach among artists, venues, and fans while adding new capabilities to its live streaming and artist development initiatives.
Launched to eliminate opaque ticketing practices and ticket scalping, DICE provides transparent upfront pricing and secure mobile ticketing. The platform currently partners with thousands of venues and promoters globally and has expanded into ticketed live streaming to establish a hybrid model for the entertainment industry. Tony Fadell has also joined the company board as part of the financing to guide further development.
