The investment was led by MUSIC and will fund international expansion alongside new ticketing features.

£51.2M

DICE operates an independent mobile ticketing platform designed to help fans discover live events and secure tickets without excessive resale fees. The service connects venues and artists with audiences across multiple global cities.

DICE has secured £51.2m in new funding led by MUSIC to accelerate its international expansion and release new product features. The round also drew participation from Structural Capital, Ahdritz Holding LLC, Exor Ventures, and Mirabaud Lifestyle Fund.

The capital will support the ticketing platform as it expands operations into new markets, including upcoming launches in Austin, and continues to develop fan discovery tools. Alongside the investment, DICE announced the appointment of Ali Byrd as its new Chief Financial Officer.

The company has experienced increased adoption across major European venues and maintains a focus on transparent pricing models. The latest injection of capital positions the business for further growth across the live entertainment sector.

From the founder

"The live music industry is adopting DICE faster than ever and proves our thesis that if you treat fans well, they buy more tickets, and go out more often. We’re investing heavily in building even more technology and this year alone we released over 60 new features for fans, venues and artists. I’m excited that Matt (Pincus) has joined the Board and we’re more focused than ever on our mission to get fans out more."
