The funding from independent asset manager BOOST&Co will support network growth and the development of the Despatchlab platform.
Surrey-based Diamond Logistics operates a fulfilment and delivery network for businesses across the UK. The firm provides technology-driven logistics solutions centred on its proprietary Despatchlab platform.
Diamond Logistics has secured a £2.5m debt investment from independent asset manager BOOST&Co. The Surrey-based company will direct the capital toward developing its Despatchlab platform and expanding its logistics network following increased demand driven by the eCommerce sector.
Established in 1992, Diamond Logistics provides national fulfilment services and has pivoted from operating traditional vehicle fleets to logistics technology. The funding allows the business to maintain its independence while building on growth achieved during recent UK lockdowns.
BOOST&Co chose to back the company due to its positioning in the fast-growing eCommerce market and leadership under founder Kate Lester. The lender provides growth capital to innovative British SMEs.
