Cygnetise raises £2.5m in a pre-Series A round led by Adjuvo to accelerate growth.
The over-subscribed financing round will expand sales and technology teams.
Cygnetise provides a cloud-based SaaS platform that uses blockchain technology to manage and share authorised signatories in real time. The company operates globally across more than forty countries.
London-based SaaS provider Cygnetise has secured £2.5m in a pre-Series A financing round. The investment was led by UK syndicate Adjuvo, with backing from US venture firm Massive alongside existing venture capital and angel investors.
The capital injection is earmarked to accelerate international growth and sector expansion by scaling the company's sales and technology teams. Cygnetise applies blockchain to streamline authorised signatory management for finance and operations departments, a process already utilised by clients across over forty countries.
Adjuvo and Massive join the firm's existing backers, which include Bloccelerate and 1414 Ventures. The funding follows recent industry recognition and positions the start-up to meet rising demand for its digital governance tools.
