CWC Group has secured growth capital from BGF to support its ongoing expansion across Northern Ireland. The investment marks the first deployment under BGF's recent commitment to allocate at least £300m to female-led businesses throughout the UK.
The family-run care provider intends to use the capital to acquire new sites and broaden its service offering, including the development of new specialist care homes. This expansion aims to assist local trusts in meeting the demand for adult care services.
Founded in 1983, CWC Group operates across seven locations, delivering residential nursing, domiciliary care, and disability support. The transaction highlights continued efforts to direct growth capital toward female entrepreneurs in regional markets.
