£58.0MSeries C

Curve operates a financial super app that links multiple bank cards and accounts into a single card and mobile application. The company serves millions of customers across the UK and Europe.

Curve has raised £58m in an extension to its Series C funding round, bringing total financing in this tranche to over £133m. The capital injection comes from participants including Britannia, IDC Ventures, Cercano Management, Cohen Circle, and Outward, alongside existing shareholders. The business intends to direct the proceeds towards enhancing the user experience, scaling its Flex products, and introducing new commercial partnerships.

The raise follows a restructuring of the company business model earlier in the year, which improved gross margins and positioned the firm on a trajectory towards profitability by early 2024. The London-based business has accumulated £208m in total equity investment since inception.
