Current Health operates an enterprise remote care management platform that monitors and manages patient health in the home. The system integrates data from various monitoring devices to help health systems and pharmaceutical companies deliver care outside clinical settings.

Current Health has secured £31m in Series B financing to accelerate its global expansion. The investment round was led by Northpond Ventures, with participation from LRVHealth, OSF HealthCare, Section 32, Elements Health Ventures, and existing backers. The fresh capital follows a period of rapid revenue growth as the company scales its platform for remote patient management.
