Cropdesk Technologies has secured £235k in grant funding from Innovate UK to support its agricultural software solutions. The financing builds upon previous funding bids and will aid the expansion of the company and its recruitment platform.
Founder David Trehane developed the technology to address data and labour challenges in farming, initially drawing on his background as a blueberry farmer. The latest backing enables the firm to develop its seasonal recruitment application and pursue international expansion.
