London enterprise software provider ContactEngine has secured £2m in its second funding round, backed equally by Amadeus Capital Partners and Beringea. The capital will support the company as it scales its operations into Europe and the Americas, alongside ongoing research and development for its automated communication platform.
Founded in 2009, ContactEngine offers a cloud-hosted service that manages customer conversations across various digital channels including SMS, email, and voice. The firm already serves major brands such as Sky, Virgin Media, and British Gas.
