Connex One has secured £93m in a Series C funding round featuring participation from technology investors including GP Bullhound. The capital will support the company as it continues to scale operations worldwide and consolidates its market presence.
Established in Manchester in 2013 by brothers Nick and Richard Mealey, the firm provides an omnichannel customer engagement platform used by brands globally. Recent expansion has seen the business open offices in Miami, Barcelona, and Melbourne, alongside growing its global headcount towards 1,000 employees.
The latest financing follows a period of rapid growth characterised by increasing enterprise clients and recurring revenue. Existing backers in the company include Latium Tech, Sir Terry Leahy, and The William Currie Group.
