Cognism provides an end-to-end sales acceleration platform that applies machine intelligence to prospecting and revenue challenges.

Cognism has secured $12.5m in a Series C funding round led by AXA Venture Partners. The financing also saw participation from existing backers Investiere and VentureFounders, alongside new investor Swisscom Ventures.

The capital will be used to support the company as it expands its footprint across Europe and strengthens its position in the B2B contact data sector. This follows a period of strong financial performance for the firm, which reported a 60% increase in annual recurring revenue to $11m through to December 2020.
