Coadjute secures £4m from Praetura Ventures to expand its property blockchain network

Property market blockchain network Coadjute has secured £4m in a funding round led by Praetura Ventures, with participation from Reech Corporations Group. The capital will be deployed to accelerate the national rollout of the network and advance product features for buyers, sellers, and financial institutions.
The investment arrives despite a broader downturn in property technology funding globally, highlighting strong backing for the firm approach of collaborating with incumbent market players rather than replacing them.
With this latest infusion, Coadjute brings its cumulative funding total to £14m, following preceding rounds in 2019, 2020, and 2021. The company has recently drawn interest from major industry names, including estate agency group Spicerhaart, Talbots Law, and mortgage lender Kensington.
