Clim8 has secured £5.8m in a Series A funding round backed by 7percent Ventures, the British Business Bank Future Fund, and Crowdcube retail investors. The capital arrives from a syndicate featuring prominent technology entrepreneurs and executives from companies such as N26, Skyscanner, and Monese.
The sustainable investment platform aims to deploy the fresh capital following strong retail participation via Crowdcube, which drew over 3,000 individual backers. Early-stage venture firm 7percent Ventures participated alongside a broad network of angel investors with expertise in fintech and clean technology.
