CommerzVentures led the Series A round with participation from Carbide Ventures, Massive, Nauta Capital, and Notion Capital.
Cledara provides a software management platform that helps growing organisations oversee and control their SaaS subscriptions and payments. The business operates internationally with offices in London, Barcelona, and Denver.
Cledara has secured £17.1m in Series A funding to accelerate its expansion across the United States. CommerzVentures led the round, with participation from Carbide Ventures, Massive, and existing backers Nauta Capital and Notion Capital. The capital injection follows a period of rapid growth, which includes a significant rise in software purchasing volume and increasing demand in the American market.
The firm combines a payment infrastructure with software management capabilities, allowing businesses to gain visibility over their SaaS expenditure. Leadership intends to use the proceeds to support ongoing market scaling and operational development in the US.
