Clear Review provides a cloud-based performance management platform designed to foster regular employee feedback and manager conversations. The scale-up serves prominent clients such as Virgin Money, Ricoh, and HarperCollins.
Clear Review has secured £2.6m in a Series A funding round led by AlbionVC to accelerate its growth. AlbionVC contributed £1.9m to the total, with participation from existing backers including Mercia Technologies and angel investors.
The capital will be directed towards advancing product development, expanding operations in the US market, and strengthening the firm's standing in the UK HR technology sector. The company notes that the US market already constitutes 20% of its annual revenue.
The investment follows a period of rapid expansion for the platform, which has doubled its revenue and headcount while acquiring over 200 enterprise customers since its launch.
