KPN Ventures joins the Series C round to back international expansion and appoint a board director.
Censornet provides autonomous integrated cloud security solutions that combine email, web, and cloud application protection for mid-market organisations. The company operates from its base in Basingstoke and serves customers globally.
Censornet has secured Series C investment from KPN Ventures to accelerate its international expansion and enhance its security platform. The funding will support the company as it strengthens its presence in the Benelux and DACH regions, bringing enterprise-grade cyber defence to mid-market clients. Following the transaction, KPN Ventures Investment Director Sem Alberga will join the company board.
The business integrates multiple defence layers, including email security, web protection, and multi-factor authentication, into a single platform. KPN Ventures noted the strong market demand for robust cyber defences as organisations face rising digital threats.
