CellCentric has secured $120m in Series C funding to advance the clinical development of its lead oral cancer drug, inobrodib. The round was co-led by RA Capital Management and Forbion, with participation from Avego Bioscience Capital and BrightEdge.
The capital will support the launch of a Phase II/III clinical trial for heavily pretreated multiple myeloma patients alongside preparations for a global Phase III programme in mid-2026. Additional studies exploring combination therapies and maintenance treatments are scheduled to begin shortly.
Spinning out of the University of Cambridge, the company focuses on targeting transcriptional coactivators to address high unmet needs in oncology. The funding arrives as the firm expands its international footprint and prepares for key regulatory milestones.
