Causeway Technologies secures £120m from Five Arrows Principal Investments to fund acquisitions and cloud development.

Rothschild & Co division takes a significant minority stake in the construction software provider.
Causeway Technologies supplies enterprise and cloud software solutions to the construction and infrastructure maintenance sectors. Headquartered in Buckinghamshire, the firm supports over 2,500 clients.
Causeway Technologies has secured £120m in growth equity from Five Arrows Principal Investments, the European corporate private equity arm of Rothschild & Co. The transaction gives the investor a significant minority stake in the business. The capital will be directed towards funding strategic acquisitions and accelerating the company organic growth strategy.
The funding arrives on the back of consistent expansion at Causeway, which has achieved an earnings compound annual growth rate of 31% since 2015. The firm plans to use the resources to further develop its cloud platform, aiming to digitally connect the construction supply chain and address productivity issues across complex projects.
Goldman Sachs acted as financial adviser to Causeway Technologies during the transaction, while Torch Partners advised Five Arrows. Following completion, Vivek Kumar and Sacha Oshry will take up seats on the Causeway board.
