CareLineLive secures majority investment from Accel-KKR to drive international expansion
Technology investment firm Accel-KKR has backed home care software provider CareLineLive in a majority deal.
CareLineLive provides a cloud-based software platform for homecare agencies to manage scheduling, records, and billing. The company operates across multiple international markets.
CareLineLive has secured a majority investment from Accel-KKR to support its ongoing expansion and product development. The transaction also allows early backers Oakglen and Haatch to exit their stakes after a decade of support. Founder Josh Hough will remain with the business alongside the senior management team. The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the company's international footprint, notably through a new customer support hub in Australia to facilitate continuous service.
