Care Hires operates a technology platform that connects social care providers with agency staff and streamlines workforce management. The company utilises artificial intelligence to help clients monitor compliance and control spending.

Care Hires has secured £2m in a Series A funding round provided by West Hill Capital. The capital injection is earmarked to strengthen sales and marketing operations, enhance technological infrastructure, and launch new software as a service offerings for care providers.

The Leicestershire based firm launched in 2020 to address acute workforce shortages in the care sector, helping facilities manage temporary vacancies and achieve cost efficiencies. The platform currently supports over 150 care services and more than 1,000 onboarded healthcare workers across the country.
