London advertising technology provider Captify has secured £8m in a Series B funding round led by Smedvig Capital, with continued participation from existing backer Panoramic Growth Equity. The company plans to direct the capital towards enhancing its search intelligence platform, broadening its product offerings, and driving further international expansion.
Founded in 2011, Captify operates a prominent independent search data network spanning billions of searches and hundreds of millions of users globally. The fresh capital arrives as the firm prepares to roll out new mobile search and video products, building upon its core search retargeting capabilities.
