Capsule has secured a multi-million-pound minority investment from Newlands Capital, backed by Hermes GPE. The funding will support the company in continuing its product-led growth, expanding its customer-centric features, and launching new software integrations including Microsoft 365. Founded in 2009, the Manchester-based CRM provider currently serves thousands of customers across 170 countries. The transaction marks the debut deal for Newlands Capital since its inception.
