Brightpearl provides a digital operations platform that automates back office processes for global retailers and wholesalers. The system integrates financial management, inventory, and order fulfilment to support e-commerce growth.

Brightpearl has secured £25m in a Series C funding round led by Sage, which contributed £17m alongside a strategic partnership. Existing backers including Cipio Partners, Notion Capital and Verdane provided the remaining £8m. The capital will be deployed to expand the company platform, drive product innovation, and grow its international team.

The investment coincides with a surge in demand for digital retail infrastructure as merchants adapt to changing market conditions. Brightpearl automates core operations such as order management and inventory control, helping online merchants scale their digital presence across the UK and the US.
