Braidwater has secured its first outside growth capital investment from BGF to support residential property developments across Northern Ireland. The family-owned housebuilder, operating for over four decades, will direct the funding towards advancing projects on its existing sites and strengthening its capacity to deliver new homes.
Four developments are currently underway in regions including Antrim, Limavady, Ballymena, and Dundonald, with two additional projects scheduled to commence shortly. Alongside the investment, Mike Stansfield joins the firm as independent Non-Executive Chairman, while Paddy Graham and Ciaran McGivern take seats on the board.
