Boson Protocol raises £7.2m in Series A funding to expand its decentralised commerce platform.

Boson Protocol has secured £7.2m in a Series A financing round to advance its decentralised commerce network. The oversubscribed raise drew participation from a range of venture capital firms, including Outlier Ventures and Animoca Brands. The capital will be deployed to expand technical and product teams, develop prototype pilots for launch partners, and accelerate ecosystem growth through the dCommerce DAO.

The project aims to establish an open commerce bridge between virtual environments and physical markets, enabling participants to transact without relying on intermediaries that extract value and retain customer data.
