Cardiff-based Bond Digital Health builds digital connectivity platforms for rapid diagnostic testing.

Bond Digital Health has secured £700k in interim funding from the Development Bank of Wales and Wealth Club to accelerate the digital component of its Covid-19 diagnostic test. Wealth Club members contributed £400k, while the Development Bank of Wales provided £300k.

The capital will enable the Cardiff-based company to recruit additional technical and administrative staff as it fast-tracks its technology in response to the pandemic. The business plans to follow this interim raise with a Series A round later in the year.
