Board Intelligence has secured a strategic growth investment from K1 to accelerate its international expansion and product development.
The funding will support the firm as it scales its operations globally through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, while enhancing its artificial intelligence capabilities.
K1 becomes the sole institutional shareholder in the business, joining co-founders Jennifer Sundberg and Pippa Begg, who retain minority stakes.
