BMLL Technologies secures Series B investment from Snowflake Ventures to expand data access
Snowflake Ventures joins existing backers to support the delivery of granular market data on the cloud.
BMLL provides harmonised historical Level 3 data and analytics for global equity and futures markets. The platform enables market participants to access granular order book insights via the cloud without the need for in-house data engineering.
BMLL Technologies has secured an investment from Snowflake Ventures alongside a strategic partnership to deliver granular market data through the Snowflake Marketplace. The new capital adds to a Series B funding round that previously raised USD 26 million in late 2022 from backers including Nasdaq Ventures, FactSet and IQ Capital.
The collaboration aims to broaden global access to Level 3 order book data and analytics while removing the need for costly on-premise storage and internal data engineering. Clients can now combine private trading data with curated market insights directly within their private clouds to enhance decision making.
