Employee experience platform Blink has secured £12.6m in investment from Enlightened Hospitality Investments. The fresh capital will be directed towards product and engineering development, AI platform innovation, and accelerating go to market expansion within the hospitality sector.
The transaction coincides with a global partnership between Blink and Shake Shack, which will integrate the platform into its workforce management operations. Blink addresses high employee turnover and margin pressures by providing deskless workers with unified communication tools.
