BKN301 Group has secured £18.6m in a Series B funding round to accelerate its international expansion and develop its BaaS Orchestrator platform. The capital increase drew participation from a mix of new and existing institutional, industrial, and private backers.
New investors joining the round include CDP Venture Capital SGR, Azimut Libera Impresa SGR, SIMEST, and Alisei Forinvestments di Aldo Fumagalli. They join previous supporters such as SM Capital, Prosus Group, and CRIF, lifting the company's total funding to date to approximately $47.3m.
The London-headquartered fintech intends to deploy the proceeds to scale its operations across Europe and enhance its proprietary technology stack, which offers core banking and payment processing via flexible APIs.
