Ben has secured £20.8m in Series B funding led by Mercia Ventures, with participation from Atomico, Cherry Ventures, DN Capital, Seedcamp and QuantumLight Capital. The capital will be deployed to accelerate product development and expand go-to-market operations.

The London-based business has experienced rapid expansion, growing revenue more than tenfold since its previous funding round while servicing clients across more than 140 countries. The fresh financing aims to cement its position against legacy providers as multinational employers seek automated infrastructure for intricate benefits administration.
