The talent engagement platform has received backing from Workday Ventures and joined its software partner programme.
Beamery provides an artificial intelligence powered talent lifecycle management platform that helps large enterprises plan workforce needs, reduce hiring bias, and manage talent mobility. The company works with global brands such as General Motors and Johnson and Johnson to improve employee retention and diversity hiring.
Talent engagement platform Beamery has secured a strategic investment from Workday Ventures alongside joining the Workday Software Partner Program. The fresh capital follows a period of rapid growth for the business, which has accumulated $40m in total funding to date.
Alongside the investment, Beamery products have been selected by the Workday talent acquisition team to complement its existing human capital management offerings. The partnership aims to support broader candidate networking strategies and help enterprises engage with passive talent pools.
