Beamery provides an artificial intelligence powered talent lifecycle management platform that helps large enterprises plan workforce needs, reduce hiring bias, and manage talent mobility. The company works with global brands such as General Motors and Johnson and Johnson to improve employee retention and diversity hiring.
London based talent management platform Beamery has secured £40.7m in a Series D funding round led by Teachers' Ventures Growth. The investment values the company at over $1bn, representing a twenty five per cent valuation uplift compared to its previous round. Beamery has experienced significant growth among Fortune 500 clients amid broader economic uncertainty, driven by demand for agile workforce solutions and ethical recruitment technology. The fresh capital will be directed towards continued product development and innovation in workforce intelligence platforms.
