BCN Group is a managed IT, cloud and digital transformation specialist based in Manchester. The firm delivers technology solutions and local support to hundreds of organisations across the north of England.
Manchester-based managed IT specialist BCN Group has acquired Xicon Cloud for an undisclosed sum. The transaction marks the company's third acquisition in 18 months, following previous deals for Blue Logic and Polymorph. Warrington-based Xicon Cloud brings expertise in public sector healthcare, including accreditation to connect to the NHS Health and Social Care Network. The purchase expands BCN Group's capabilities in managing business-critical applications and adds Oracle database management to its portfolio.
