Babbu secures investment from Henley Business Angels members for its digital nursery platform
Members of Henley Business Angels have backed Babbu in its latest funding round.
Babbu operates an online nursery application providing structured learning and development support for children under five years old.
Babbu has secured capital from members of Henley Business Angels to support its digital nursery platform. The funding will aid the company in developing its early years education app, which offers personalised curricula, expert consultations and developmental tracking for children under five.
The investment arrives as the business scales its pilot beta following industry recognition and accelerator participation. The platform aims to address early years educational disadvantages by providing structured learning alternatives to traditional nurseries.
From the founder
"We are delighted to have closed this investment and be supported on our mission to make a real difference, by focusing on our youngest children. It is well documented that experiences in early childhood are often the root cause of today’s hardest social challenges such as addiction, family breakdown, poor mental health, suicide and homelessness. We believe we can have a truly transformational impact on society."

Investor perspective
"Babbu impressed HBA members with its innovation and focus on applying digital technology to create an online nursery that supports children education and welfare. We see the digital nursery as playing an important part of the early education of children."
