B2C2 secures £24m Series A investment from SBI to expand institutional crypto operations.
SBI Financial Services acquired a minority stake in the digital asset trading firm to launch a strategic partnership.
B2C2 operates as a digital asset trading firm providing liquidity and financial services to institutional clients globally. Headquartered in the UK, the company bridges traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets.
B2C2 has secured £24m in a Series A investment from SBI Financial Services. The funding will support the development of an electronic prime brokerage and expand institutional crypto offerings.
The strategic partnership positions SBI to utilize B2C2 as its main liquidity provider. Meanwhile, B2C2 gains access to SBI's distribution network and financial backing to scale operations.
