Atlian builds software that identifies construction projects across Britain and connects them with independent insurance brokers.
London-based Atlian has secured £100k in a pre-seed funding round led by Fuel Ventures. Additional participants in the round include SyndicateRoom Access EIS, angel investor Chris Mairs CBE, and The Gay Investor Network, which marked its debut investment through the transaction. The capital will support the company as it develops software designed to assist independent construction insurance brokers in tracking new projects across Britain.
Investor perspective
"We wanted our first investment to show exactly what our members can back: a founder who has done it before, going after a huge market that technology has barely touched. Atlian is that company."
Mark James
Founder and Syndicate Lead, The Gay Investor Network
