Asterix Health raises £2.1m pre-seed funding led by Triple Point to scale remote GP platform

Asterix Health develops a remote workforce platform that connects NHS general practices with doctors based overseas to handle clinical administration and consultations.
Asterix Health has secured £2.1m in pre-seed funding to scale its remote workforce platform for NHS general practices. The round was led by Triple Point, with participation from D2, Entrepreneurs First, Basis Capital, and a group of angel investors.
The London-based company connects NHS surgeries with GMC-registered doctors working remotely from regions including India, Malaysia, and Australia to handle telephone triage and administrative clinical tasks. Its software integrates directly with electronic patient record systems such as EMIS and SystmOne.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the platform across additional NHS practices and grow the network of remote practitioners.
