Ascendx Cloud has secured £83.4m in funding to expand its team in the US and further develop its suite of CRM applications. The round was led jointly by Osprey Investors and Columbia Lake Partners, with additional backing from a group of prominent angel investors.
The financing package comprises £45.5m in equity and £38m in debt, marking a significant growth-stage injection for the enterprise software provider. The capital will enable the business to scale its mission-critical portfolio and pursue strategic acquisitions as customer demand for artificial intelligence integration grows.
Founded in August 2023, the London-based company has experienced rapid expansion, growing revenue by approximately three hundred percent over the past year. Its solutions are currently utilised by more than 500 enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 corporations across various sectors.
